Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Ronelle F. Lucas (“Ronelle,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you visit ronellelucas.com, sign up for book updates, complete The Room Diagnostic™, or contact me.
2. Information collected
Information you provide. This may include your email address and the room-result category associated with your diagnostic submission. If you contact me directly, it may also include your name and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. The website host and security providers may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and date and time of access for hosting, security, troubleshooting, and basic analytics.
3. The Room Diagnostic
The diagnostic is a reflective tool, not a clinical or professional assessment. Your answer selections are processed in your browser. If the email system is connected, the result category—functioning, compromised, or broken—may be stored with your email signup so future book communications can be more relevant. The result diagnoses the pattern described in the room, not the person taking the diagnostic.
4. Email updates
If you sign up for launch updates or submit your email to view a diagnostic result, your information will be handled by the email service provider identified on the final live form. A confirmation email may be used to verify your subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting ronelle@ronellelucas.net.
5. How information is used
- Provide the diagnostic result and book updates you request.
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Respond to direct communications and privacy requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently intentionally install advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. GoDaddy and other hosting or security providers may use essential technologies and server logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and any required cookie notice will be updated.
7. Third-party services
This site may use or link to services including GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, Google Fonts, LinkedIn, and a future email-marketing provider. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.
8. Sharing and sale
I do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to service providers, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, or a lawful successor.
9. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with you. Email ronelle@ronellelucas.net with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
11. Children
This website is intended for a general adult and professional audience and is not directed to children under 16.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, email provider, analytics setup, or legal requirements change. The date above will be revised when updates are posted.
